Local Authority and Regional Assembly Staff Training Materials
Under the Planning and Development Act 2024 (the Act), the Office of the Planning Regulator (OPR) is required to provide education and training for staff working in local authorities, regional assemblies and An Coimisiún Pleanála.
This training covers topics such as the roles and responsibilities of these bodies under the Act, proper planning and sustainable development, and other areas linked to the OPR’s work. The training programme focuses on facilitating the delivery of CPD-focused training for professionals in the planning sector.
